What time should I arrive for my appointment?
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time. This will allow time to complete a health questionnaire and discuss your treatment to ensure your comfort and safety. For fitness services, it is recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the session start time.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
As a courtesy to all of my guests, I adhere to a prompt appointment schedule. While I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, treatments and fitness sessions that start late will still finish at the appointed time so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Are there parking facilities?
The visitors' carpark is located down the driveway of Kensington on the Park on 138 High Street in Southport. Additional street parking is available. Proceed to the front gate located on High Street and press the intercom #69. Parking for fitness sessions will be advised with local confirmation.
What do I wear?
For massage and facial treatments, full professional towel draping will ensure your comfort at all times. Underwear is to be worn during treatments. Shower facilities are available. Loose, comfortable workout clothing with enclosed shoes is best for fitness sessions. Flexibility classes are performed without shoes.
I have prior medical conditions and concerns. Can I still have a treatment/fitness session?
The consultation form provided will determine your suitability to that particular service. Some conditions may contraindicate to the service offered. With my expertise, I will discuss options with you to ensure your health and safety is always adhered to. My extensive experience in the wellness industry allows me to have the ability to tailor services to suit your individual needs. Your wellbeing is my top priority.
I am currently pregnant. Are there any treatments that are not suitable for me?
Full body massage will not be performed during the first trimester of pregnancy. However, alternative therapies are available and I am happy to discuss these with you. Women past the first trimester can enjoy pregnancy massage and all other services. Fitness services are tailored according to the current term of pregnancy, to maintain the health and safety of mother and baby.
Can I claim massage treatments on my private health insurance?
As I have not been issued with a provider number, my services are not available for health rebates. Tax invoices will be provided upon request.
What methods of payment are available?
Cash, EFT (electronic funds transfer), PayPal, EziDebit (direct debit) are available.
