My Lifeforce Journey
I have designed my life the way I want to live it by being true to myself, following my own path and doing what I feel is right for me. Sure, this hasn't been easy and, to be honest, I don't want it to be. I want challenges that build my strength. I want situations that make me step out of my comfort zone and take risks. I want to use fear as a positive reinforcement. I want to connect with like-minded people and learn from their experiences. I want others to be inspired and motivated by my Lifeforce Journey.
And, I want more. I want more of the vitality I feel everyday from being the best I can be. That feeling I get that tells me my body is strong, fit and healthy, bursting with energy and ready for movement. The knowledge that the nutrition I feed my body will nourish it, heal it and thank it for being so amazing. The feeling of being connected with my inner-self, accepting my thoughts and being happy and positive. I truly believe that we all have the potential to feel this vitality.
I have qualifications in Personal Training and Massage Therapy. For the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to travel and work in some of the most exclusive hotels, resorts and spas throughout Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and, most recently, the Maldives. The fusion of travel, fitness and health is my true passion. Being in a position to inspire, motivate, support and educate others.
I am extremely dedicated to my own training and fitness goals, with a program that incorporates strength training in the gym, Les Mills group classes (Body Pump, RPM, yoga, Body Balance), cycling and outdoor running.
As my Lifeforce Journey evolves, I become more excited, knowing that others will be joining me along the way.
